I am pretty sure you are familiar with term "A Karen". How do you handle a Karen in your business? I have always found it very difficult to reason or make "A Karen" happy.
What kind of thing is that one? If I know a customer is that type and he or she walks into the shop and I walk there, I would avoid attending to such customer completely.Never interfere about the decision of the customers. They also get angry if ask or talk to them. There are also war shockers customers whose patience is very limited.
