I am pretty sure you are familiar with term "A Karen". How do you handle a Karen in your business? I have always found it very difficult to reason or make "A Karen" happy.
Let the difficult customers decide on their own. They are acting that way because they are estimating their money. They are not rush deciders. The business workers must let them decide and just leave them some. After some minutes they could decide to buy or not to buy.
