Imagine a business that is a close competitor releases a product in the same line that you offer and the products has the same design with your products. How do you handle such a scenario? What charges are you going to sue the competing business for?

That's called plagiarism copying the same product and its design. Its6a violation especially it is duly registered.

If you are sure that you created a design, patent it, no matter how little it is. If you don't patent it, anyone can steal it and even patent it to stop you from using the design.
