Bo matter the level of pressure, if you are always doing meditation especially transcendental meditation, you will bot be moved by pressure and unnecessary stress.
I encountered a chaotic situation and it's within my family. My sister in-law told lies and slandered my dad. So I didn't run away from that situation by calling a police. She was supposed to be detained but my sister begged and told the police she lied. My brother broke their marriage and kicked her out from our home. Feeding relieved.
