How do you handle loans

Hello, I have recently noticed that loans are giving people trouble especially paying back, in recent I have witnessed a woman being snatched land because she didn't pay back, how do you handle loans?

I do not have a loan. I experienced it during the first month of my job for curiosity. I disliked the idea of loaning it kills our budgeting. I paid it in two months only and never again applied.

One thing I fear when it comes to money is taking loans. I will never have peace of mind to even spend the money until I pay the loan.

I've never taken out a loan except my mortgage loan for my apartment. It has now been paid back in full.
