How do you keep the records of your finances?

I receive my income directly in my bank,I use my bank, cards, or QR payment. Therefor, my entire financial transactions are recorded in my bank. However, for ease of use I also manually record my financial transaction. I use a traditional system that is to use pen and paper to take note of my income and expenses. I do not use any kind of digital tools. By the way, how do you do it, do you use app or just like me use pen and paper.

I do not have a stable record for now, so I mostly rely on my financial records from my banks. It's a lot easier for me

I mainly use banks to keep track of my income and expenses. Other than that, I also use Excel to record my income and expenses.

There is no physical way that I keep a record of my finances, apart from having to check them through my bank apps and financial apps.

Till 2010, I was keeping financial records in digital format. Top government employees robbed the data to falsely claiming that my savings belonged to their sugar babies, girlfriends, relatives, while I was criminally defamed, so I do not keep digital financial records.

I record it digitally in my telegram account, using the private channel feature. I store all transaction evidence there and note important things related to accounts receivable.

But how can they claim your own earnings belong to them, what proof do they have, besides you have all your records with you as well right?

I always look at my bank statement to be sure that the record's are right or if they are any errors
