I don't stress myself over this, i tend to update myself whenever i can, i read about the latest techs.
Due to online slavery and financial fraud in the internet sector here I do not have the time and money to keep up with the latest technology for some years.
I think it's very costly in some occasions to keep up with the current dynamics and the emerging trends on the technology nowadays. For instance the 5G network is very expensive to operate with mobile internet bundle subscriptions.
