There are some people that owe and are not willing to pay back those debts. Some people genuinely challenges with paying and might require some considerations.

How do you know the people that don't even have intention to pay? How do you handle such people?

Someone that is willing to payback would make small efforts by paying a part of it if they can't afford the whole repayment.

I will know that someone who owes me money does not ay me when he cannot anymore be traced. Somebody borrowed money from me and he refuses to pay. He has plenty of reasons . It has been 6 years now, so I just move on.

Number one rule is, when someone borrows money from you, ask yourself, if this person doesnt pay back my money, would I managed to pull through the month? If the answer is no then do not borrow them the money, nomatter what thier story is to avoid a situation where they dont pay and you are left stranded. Its hard to tell if someone has Intentions of paying you back or not because when they need money from you they make all sorts of promises claimining to return the money back as soon as possible.

Don't borrow money to anyone that is materialistic. Even if they have the money, they will still not pay. I have few people like that. I regret doing business with them. Secondly, people that are horrible liers and unreliable people don't like to pay debts.

Prevention is always better than cure, this is why most people do not give out loans. One way to know someone who does not want to pay, is that they would never remind you about it themselves.

If we can only read minds, we can surely prevent a situation like that allowing someone to borrow money without a intention to pay. It's obvious that once the person no longer in contact is one sign of failure to pay his debt.
