I have realized that getting new customers is something that is very easy but the problem comes in the retention of the customers. So how is that possible with the growing competition in today's life?
I am a freelancer offering translation service. I retain my clients through producing good work at a reasonable price. I never miss a deadline. I also sometimes have tea with some loyal clients.
Business persons should be engaged on the giving out of some incentives to the customers and appreciating their patronage by giving them giveaways and special discounts.
I am not sure if I could still manage the retention of my customers especially next year. We do not know how high would be the prices next year. And if it's getting higher, most likely, my milk tea drinkers customers might refrain buying. The cost per cup this time is $4 how much would the price be in 2025. It's so crucial. I hope I could still manage my business next year.

guarantee customer retention is good services and customer satisfaction.
