There are two ways which we can pay utilities bill in my location for instance the power and water bills are been paid on banks but sometimes I use my credit card to do the payment it's always make things easier for me that way but some months it's been collected from house to house

Only online. Offline payments in my country are a waste of time cause the very long queues at counters. To not count my couple hasn't a car to move.
