For me l have used both of the two. For instance l have seen a very slightly difference between them. I have been conveniently using a tablet.
How do you rate the usability between Chromebooks and tablets?

I prefer chromebook in terms of what it can do.It can do more things.In terms of travelling,tablet is smaller and more convenient to travel with.
Chromebook is more of a computer than a phone. Therefore it's usability is a little bit of more extensively compared to a tablet.
