How do you react to the shop lifters on your business?

There are some customers that intentionally walk in your business premises and steal away your merchandise. So how do you react to these kinds of customers especially when you caught them red handedly.

I don't have a physical store at the moment, so am not sure how i would react if someone does this to me though.

I would just call the law enforcement agents to arrest a shoplifter that I catch in my shop. The appropriate law should take its course from there.
