How do you relate with your business critics?

Business critics are mostly the people that go against your business. It could be your competitors, individuals that never patronize on your business because of reasons that are best known to themselves. So what are the best ways to tackle with that?

This is common in the business world. Just ignore them and focus on doing the best for your business. That said, If there are rumors which may affect the reputation of your business, you need to take prompt action to clarify.

You have to understand that criticism on your business are just opinions. Take the correction of necessary and don't validate the critic with a response.

I try not to take it personal. If the criticism makes sense, i use it to improve. If its just noise, I ignore it and keep pushing. You cant please everyone, and not every critic is worth your energy. Focus on the work and let results speaking for you.

If what they say makes sense, then I take it into account, because it can be constructive criticism. If they are simply haters and only come to throw excessive hatred without any sense, then I ignore them or block them. I don't have time to have to put up with such unhappy people who criticize for no reason.
