How do you relax during hectic business day?

Some days in business remain very hectic when we get no time to relax. I also face so many days like this one, here I recall my memories of that old saying as, " business is a business and a cup of tea is cup of tea". So while enjoying with cup of tea a left all works and just relax myself.

We have to relax whether hectic or not because our body is not a stone. We need to listen to our body needing rest.

I go where it will be relaxing for me to unwind. You need to take off the stress and the steam that comes with it. So that you get yourself ready for the next day hustling

When you feel burnt out, your body is giving you a signal that you need to take a break. Listen to the signal. Have a cup of tea or coffee or take a short nap. If you do not do so, your productivity level will be lowered.

Again, if you have other partners you can take a break to just rest and let others run for a while
