How do you setup a small startup business to be scalable in future?

We don't need to wait till we have really big money to pursue plans of starting a business. In as much as we would love to start small, what can we do to make sure that the small business that we start can be scaled up easily in the future? How can we set up a small business for scaling?

You need to understand the difference between startup and a business. All startups are businesses and not all businesses are startups

It all has to do with your planning. Like you said, you do not need to have a huge amount of money before starting your business, but you need a solid plan for it.

For me l can say that one cau start any business with what they really have. It's wise to start the business with the little resources available at the humble beginnings and when potential is seen on the business one can plan on the scaling higher for the business.
