If you need to use the support to address your technical difficulties related to web hosting, how do you get support form your web host? Do you use ticket, do you send and email, do you live chat, do you make a phone call, what do you do? Well, my favorite method is to use Live chat. Phone call might be good but it costs money, therefore, I find live chat better.
