Communication between a business and it's customers is very important for a business to thrive short term and long term. They say that a business that doesn't communicate effectively with its customers would damage its brand.

In what ways can poor communication damage the brand of a business?
 
I have seen cases where wrong transactions caused a bridge in the communication between a brand and a customer. A customer made a purchase and transferred money to a business brand unfortunately, the transfer was unsuccessful and the business owner turns aggressive assuming it to be a case of defrauding not knowing it was a network issue. The customer felt disappointed.
 
Poor communication can seriously hurt a business brand. If customers feel ignored they can get frustrated and take their money elsewhere. Misunderstandings can lead to negative reviews, and no one wants that bad vibe out there. lack of clear info can make it look like the business isn’t trustworthy. Good communication builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back
