How frequently do you backup your data?

How frequently do you take a backup your computer data? Do you backup the data online or use offline data backup methods like external hard drives , tapes?

I backup my data every week. I back my data up to a cloud storage. It is very few things that I always need handy that I backup offline.

I backup my data to Google drive. For my contacts, as soon as I save them, they are automatically synced to Drive.

I usually update and backup my data every week or monthly basis. Then there are some data like WhatsApp I usually back up daily.

I must admit that I do not back up regularly. I only back up when I remember to do so. The last time I backed up was a few months ago.
