In my country, to become an importer is not easy, besides having to have a large capital, it also meets many requirements. For that, many small business people order goods from abroad in the marketplace.

Clearing of imported products are very expensive in my country in terms of custom duties that one has to pay.

In my country, you need an import lisence to start importation business. You also need to open LC account in a bank for payment.
I'm not so familiar with the legal procedure for a business in my country but i dont think it's that complicated.
Consider obtaining a customs bond, which ensures you comply with customs regulations and pay any duties owed.
