For me l would like to know how long it usually takes for developing of mobile pps on the web. That because l have thought of starting an online lending app as a partnership kind of business.

Depends on futures and options. I am building mobile app for over a month now. It is as hobby but I willt try monetize it. We will see how it will works. Also I am working in new software so it last longer since I don't know all options. Next project with same features will be done faster.
I can remember that when l was working on the previous company they managed to build their mobile app in weeks for sure.
For me l have no skillsets for development of the mobile apps. However it's seems very profitable business for that matter
The length of time it would take to develop an app is dependent on the type of app and the expertise of the developer.

I don't have an app, and I don't even have the skills to. Create one. So I might need the help of a professional to make one for me.
For m l really have no plans on developing my own apps for now. That is because l am not into that as we speak
