Ever since l placed the iron sheets roof on the family house in the year 2009 l have never changed it. I am glad that it's still in a good condition and give it like ten years more to go.

How long do you change the roof tops for your house.

We rarely replaced the roof top of our house. They are painted thick. We are facing the sea so we have to paint the galvanised roofing by an expert.

In my country, l have seen so many houses being renovated after 20 years or more.
I live in an apartment. So there is no need to change the roof top. The management office will take care of renovation of the apartment.

I have not changed the iron sheet of my house for more than 25 years and the roof is still fine, it does not leak

With the skyrocketing price of roofing this time I am so sure many will suffer the burden of replacing their damaged roofing. It's best to buy now and stock them at home while the prices are not yet triple.

We have not replaced the roof of my parents' house for years. It is still holding up nicely, I suppose. We just give it a fresh coat of paint when it needs it.

Ours is still new, so there is no need for a replacement for now. Am sure it would still take some years before we would have to make another change.
