How many minutes does it take your bus to serve and discharge a customer?

How many minutes would it take you to serve and discharge a customer in your business? Are the customers okay with your speed?

In my line of work a particular job could take hours before it is being completed. I tend to let the customers know about this, then they make the choice of staying or not.

My business can take days to serve a customer and deliver. I don't think there is a customer that has been discharged same day.
