How many partners would you want for your business?

Partnership in businesses are very popular. More than one persons can pool resources to start and run a business. However, every entrepreneur has a limit on the number of partners they can work with.

How many business partners can you handle?

This time my offline milk tea selling business in the mall business does not require a partner. I am the sole owner. I only need two staffs.

That depends on the scale of the business operation. For a SME, I would say 2-3 partners are the maximum.

Partnership is good if both of you have the same mindset and capital. Also attitude of the business partner matters. Will he or she be kind, patient, friendly, accommodating and not self centered. If he or she lacks this it's better to manage the business alone.
