How much do you spend on medicines? If you need them

I had to investigate why I fell sick the last time. I realized that it was because of the water I drank.
My doctor told me I can't drink tap water at all (it worsens IBS inflammation), less than boiling too much at first (that's why my only use of tap water is to prepare hot linden).

I always stock medicine for headache, stomachache, pain relievers, and vitamins C and E. Tell your husband to eat okra, avocado, and dragon fruit. They help normalize blood pressure.
The point is that my husband isn't fruit-friendly at all  .
Well, returning serious, yesterday I needed to purchase a prescribed pain reliever, hydrogen peroxide and a syrup to support the pain reliever). My husband had an accident and now he has too much backache and a lot of scratches...

Nah, what was that accident he encountered? You hot-compress the affected area and massage his feet. He must love to eat fruit.

I hope the pain reliever and syrup are helping ease his discomfort a bit.

He had an accident with his bike. The public street wasn't properly lit and he didn't see an obstacle. He can't use hot items because he has too many scratches.
No, he doesn't love fruit too much...he prefers...eggs

He'll need pain relievers for a while more. His best friend purchased a new pain reliever box for him.

Your husband needs balanced of everything veggies, fruits, meat and others to have a good health.

That's really thoughtful of his friend. I hope he starts feeling better soon.

We only eat fish and poultry meat. Red meat results inflammatory, at least it's what happens among western countries.

Thank you friend! I hope also, but the healing process is resulting slow...

Healing can take time. Wishing you both patience and steady progress.

Medicines/drugs can be very, very expensive and they are able to devour a large amount of our income, especially if we suffer from chronic conditions. For ex., my husband suffers from high blood pressure since he was young (it's a very recurring condition in his family) and needs a manipulated drug, as the standard medicine causes him side effects he cannot stand. By my side, I need a lot of probiotics and prebiotics to control my IBS and other drugs to control GERD. Our chronic conditions cost us more than 50 dollars per month.
I get reimbursed through my husband's office and it works out to around Rs. 35000 a year which includes supplements.

Thanks God, he's better than last week. Hopefully, next week he'll probably go out for the first time after the accident.
