How much do you trust the online business that shop on?

Nowadays there are very alarming rates for the fraudulent activities on the online business niche. Let's take for an instance that you saw a nice shirt on display on the online shop. So after making an order for that product you notice that the seller sold your a very low quality product compared to the one you bought on the display. So how can you about that?
