Only a very few residences here install a C TV camera. Apart from being expensive there is less occurrences of crimes here. The cost is more or less thirty thousand pesos in USD $600.
I have realized that the CCTV camera installation in my country is very expensive. Most rich and financial well off individuals do that on their homes.
Why pay when you can set your smartphone as CCTV? An app, wifi, some holder on wall and that it is all you need. There is a plenty youtube tutorials about it.

Installing a CCTV camera is very expensive. Here in my place, it costs a fortune at $ 1000. It is better to install a burglar alarm it is less expensive.
It cost me Rs.40,000, 7 years back and the maintainance cost is sometimes high too.
Is it the cost of installation that has made it that high. I am sure that the camera itself is not half that amount.
It's not really that it's expensive, it's just that people aren't interested in installing the accessory themselves. If you stop to think about it, it's simple, just watch a few videos on YouTube and that's it.

A CCTV camera is not needed at home. Our home is fenced heavily with live wires every evening in our concrete fence and gate and its on from 11 in the evening up to 4 in the morning . We are all females at home.
With $500 at most, one would be able to install a CCTV camera at home. I have seen average people that have CCTV cameras installed at home.
How much cost if somebody broke your camera, like hit with rock or spray with paint? Do you have to cover fix or security company?

The cost for installation of the CCTV cameras depends on many parameters so to speak. First and foremost, l think that it depends on the nature of the coverage for the kind of the work being done.
You can buy a Doberman to keep in your back yard for a lot less.
That depends on a few things, like what kind of camera you want, how many cameras you need, how good the equipment should be, and if you need someone to install it for you.
