By and arge, most of us would want to have kids in the future. From the period of conception to delivery, so many processes are involved from antenatal clinics to the delivery itself, there are lots of financial implications.

How much should I budget for the arrival of a baby? Express in dollars.

Honestly, I can't help you with that as I don't have any plans of having a child in the near future. However, if you're asking about the cost of giving birth, it could vary depending on the hospital or clinic you choose. Perhaps you may need to prepare around $1,000 for the expenses.

Although I cannot directly estimate the costs you will have to pay for the arrival of your baby, because the costs for each country are of course different, I can provide expenditure items that must be completed, such as:
1. Fees for doctor's checks during pregnancy
2. Childbirth costs, you can visit the nearest hospital to ask for information on birth package costs.
3. Prepare funds for the needs of babies and breastfeeding mothers
4. Cost of traditional celebrations to welcome a baby.
5. Other costs.

Why do you want it express in dollars when you are in Nigeria. you would need with this present economy about 200,000 naira to get all you might need
You are simply joking. 2000,000 naira can go nowhere. How much is diapers, baby's foods, delivery fees. Now, the cost of delivering a baby boy is 80,000 while baby girl is 60000 naira. All these expenditure did not include normal delivery materials you will buy.

it depends on the country economy and health care in some countries even birth can cost a lot of money plus you should think of a lifetime exspensives I hate when poor get a child and then they complain abuse the child when they had the child in the first place

What really struck me was the difference in delivery fee for a baby boy and that for a baby girl. Are the processes different?

Anyways, $1000 is enough for the arrival of a baby and running the baby for just one month.

That's was just a tough estimate thst want can budget with. if it is the normal delivery without complications for both the mother or child then that amount should go a long way in a teaching hospital.

With the way everything's price being so expensive, l think that the $500 is enough for the baby arrival.
I think for those who are not ready to spend a lot for children, it is not worth starting yet, because 500 dollars would be very little for a child in order to be fully provided for, because in my country only a stroller costs 200 dollars

I do not have a baby. But the amount you should budget depends on the doctor and hospitals you choose. Here in my city, giving birth at a private hospital is much more expensive than a public hospital. You should also make allowance for pregnancy checkup, and the expense after the baby is born.
