I believe in almost every country, one has to pay taxes for owning real estate properties. Those taxes are different from country to country.

How much tax would one have to pay for owning a real estate property in your country? Is the tax annually or monthly?

I think it is about 10% tax. I think the inland revenue is this rate and those concerned must try to pay it up

Here, the tax depends on the size of your apartment or house. You need to pay about $200 every quarter for a 500 sq. ft apartment.

In my country, every real estate purchase will be subject to 12% VAT only once at the time of purchase, but every year will be subject to land and building tax at a rate of 0.5% multiplied by the taxable selling value.
