how much time approximately do you spend on your smartphone in a single day?

For me l am a person that use the smart phone for almost everything. With that being said, l spend like eight hours in total in a single day on phone.

I don't rely solely on my smartphone for most of my activities, except for making calls, reading messages, and playing games when I have time. So, on average, I use my smartphone for about an hour a day.
