How much time do you use your mobile phone per day?

There are days when I use it for more time and there are days when I use it for less time, but in general terms I usually use it between 3 and 5 hours per day, on days when I'm not at home I do use it a lot more, between 6 and 10 hours if I'm out of the house that day. How much time do you use it per day?

Am not sure about how much time i spend with my mobile phone, but i know for a fact that i make use of it a lot.

Well, it's good that you already know that you use it a lot and that you can recognize it, there are people who use it a lot and don't even realize it.

I am not sure the exact time I spend using my smartphone since I mostly use it to work and do other things.
