How often do you acquire new skills

If you want to earn better and if you want your income to constantly improve, you need to frequently learn skills. With your existing skills you might not be able to improve your income, you need to learn new skills, upgrade your skills to improve income. How often do you do this. When was the last time you actually learned a new skills. Well, even though I want to do it, I just don't have a time to do it because I am so involved in my work that I rarely have spare time.

I have made it a habit to always check for both free and paid courses to learn new skills or enhance my knowledge on a particular skill.
