How often do you plan to refurnish your house?

In most cases people that are well off like to refurnish their houses for at least one year. So how long do you stay before you refurnish the whole house.

I don't have a specific time, the moment I see that the house is in need of some changes, I would make my move.

I do not own a house; I rent a small apartment. We do not often spruce up my parents' house due to financial constraints.

The building where I stay will be redeveloped soon, so I am not refurnishing the flat. Criminal trespassing is a major problem in the other flat/house I own, so I do not want to waste money renovating it.
