How often do you think get a new phone?

During my teenage years and into my twenties, I enjoyed changing or upgrading my phone every year. However, as I got older, I realized that this habit was not practical. Now, if I'm not mistaken, my current phone is nearly four years old. How often do you change your phone?

For me as long as the phone is still working perfectly well, there is no need to change it. I have been using my current phone for close to five years now tho, it's currently due for change.

I always think that a current phone should be able to serve me for like 3 years before I think of getting another one.
