Every business we run will always need customers or clients, as business people we want to always be able to increase the number of customers so we must be able to avoid customer disappointment. But unfortunately we often encounter customer complaints on various platforms. Poor or disharmonious relationships with customers will make customers move to other products. So how do you avoid customer disappointment?
 
To avoid disappointing customers, you would need to be realistic about timelines. Don't be desperate to take orders even when the timeline given by the customer is not realistic. You would end up having a bad name that way.
 
It depends on the business you ruled. If your business is food catering make sure to display the menu sets ahead of time or something they could glance at the menu order and if they request the menu they like, then, that's satisfactory, if none, they may request none in the list. To avoid disappointment make sure, your cook is a versatile cook.
