How to copy paste on Android?

Since my laptop is hacked I am trying to use Android tablet. I am finding it difficult to copy paste text on the tablet. Is there a simple way to fix this problem?

Just hold fingers and select text you want and then click copy. Did you consider connect mouse on tablet?

Just long press the text and or file and you would see menu options to see copy. After copying, you long press and you would see the option to paste.
