Well i did not really understand this thread and to have such a person abuse power like that it is dangerous.having state resources and power to ruin an innocent person's life is something that must not even be tolerated in anyway.Only pray and hope that the person who was involved in such a one in a million scenerio build a substantial evidence to defend themselves.

In most cases there is not much one can do but it is encouraged to always keep some vital information and documetation so that you are not the prey or hunted.The truth always comes out if you have been framed as no one is above the law.

I think if we are not greedy and try not to reap from where we did not sow, we may not enter into toxic relationship that will affect our lives. The best way to stay away from cheaters is to be cautious and try to be realistic in your decisions. Don't fall for every thing that glitters. In this case, there is no the powerful cheater has never contacted the victim, there is nothing she can do. The cheater is misusing surveillance to rob data , fake the relationship with the victim who he actually hates and mislead everyone including government agencies.
