you would be shooting self at the foot if you continue keeping a bad supplier. Your business might even suffer for this singular act. So how do you handle bad suppliers

Start with talking about it with them
Request you be given a better service
Replace them if nedd be
Always remember to call them for restock ahead of time.
 
If there is still no changes after talking to them, the best thing would be to replace them. Your business reputation is at stake here, so it would be best you replace them.
 
It is rather difficult when you don't even get to see the supplier, and you just have to place order to get delivery. I have had bad experiences with suppliers. They are almost too numerous to mention.

That's right one shouldn't allow bad supplies ruin their business. if they do not abide by their mission statement then you have to replace them
