How to deal with negative comments online?

When someone writes a negative comment, how do you react? Some people choose to reply, while others prefer to ignore the comment. If I receive a negative message, I would simply ignore the person or block them. Hehe

For me i simply hide their comments so others won't see it, then there are times i ignore them like a plague.
