How to deal with people who take credit for work they do not do?

Many high-status people here are extremely dishonest, want to falsely take credit for work they do not do, money they do not spend to get great powers, monthly salary in some cases. What can the person who is actually doing the work, paying the expenses do to prevent exploitation?

You can have a logo or something to brand your work so people can easily tell it's yours, or most importantly keep every evidence that shows you did the work.
