Health is one of the most valuable assets we have, and depends on several factors such as diet, physical activity, sleep, stress, leisure, relationships, etc. Having healthy habits is essential for preventing diseases, increasing energy, improving mood, strengthening the immune system, prolonging longevity and raising self-esteem.

What healthy habits do you already practice or would like to practice? What benefits do you see or expect? What challenges and obstacles do you face or foresee? How do you motivate and organize yourself to maintain healthy habits? What tips and resources do you recommend or look for?
 
I don’t eat red meat very often. Instead, I have fish and vegetables. I also get enough sleep and work out at home. However, maintaining a healthy diet can be expensive here because healthy food options often have a high price tag.

I eat vegetarian diet and do cardio excercise to keep myself fit also daily going to walk is also best to keep yourself fit
 
One healthy habit i have started practicing is periodic intermittent fasting and regular workouts, it helps with digesting my food and staying healthy.
