Sometimes companies make mistakes in operating their business or take actions that affect the loss of customer trust and business credibility, which will affect sales turnover. A company's bad reputation is an overall perception stored in the mind, an opinion formed from experiences, interactions, information received by customers and the general public. A company's bad reputation is not only a financial aspect but also includes many aspects such as product quality, service, business ethics, social responsibility, etc. So how do you fix a bad brand and company image/reputation?
 
The best way to fix this would be to start from what you did wrong to damage your reputation. Take out time to find out what you did wrong and work towards fixing it. It would take time but it's not impossible.
 
The management must change the system, the set up and hire new faces in the company or business. Hire a caliber marketer who knows the rhetorics in restoring the brand reputation, likewise business. The customers are transient and they only care what they want in the business center. Bad mouths will be tired to spread their naughty saliva to the people. All will be restored naturally sooner or later. Just keep watching.
