There are times that we will get frustrated. It is part of our human experience. To handle frustration, we must practice mindfulness. Also, we must ask for help from family and friends who are willing to listen to our problems. How about you? How do you handle frustration?
 
In cases like this when I feel really frustrated, what I do is to take a break and relax my mind. I look for some to do that would keep my mind of things.
