I think more often and shorters breaks can help it. Also set multiple shorter tasks. It will look as more work but it tasks can be done faster and you will get sense as you are faster.

Thecwwy i use to maximize my concentration is through making plan. I use to list whst i must do daily and i follow it rigorously. When you have a plan for the daily. It makes you to become more serious and determined to achieve your goals.

That depends on personalities. What really distracts me when writing is social media notifications. I make sure to shut out all of them when I am about to start writing.
