The business we build will grow and develop if the number of customers increases. who make purchase transactions on the products we offer. So the influence and role of customers is very important in business, for that we as business people really need to retain all old customers if necessary, we can increase the number of new customers. So in your opinion, how do you maintain customer loyalty?.
 
To maintain customer loyalty, you have to offer products which meet with the customer's needs as well as good service. You may also create a loyalty program which offer reward points to customers making the purchase. When the points accumulated to a certain amount, they can redeem the points into cash when making the purchase. Such loyalty program motivates your customers to shop at your place.
 
My offline business is different. If it is a store selling goods, I can guarantee that they will like to retain in my business. But in my milk tea business, people come and go.I never seen those in the previous months. People are always new.
 
In running any business, both the owner and all employees must be able to provide the best service to all customers without having to pay attention to their appearance, small mistakes by business people will quickly spread to various social media.
