You are right, the one managing our business branch must delegate leadership, authority and responsibility to another person who will manage and lead the branch business. So we have to choose and hire the right people who are reliable.
 
There are many businesses that are well established and some are global..We can take the example of Pizza Hut or Domino's or similar food chain that have gone profitable and have their presence in every corner of the globe. They are expanding through Franchise. So, franchise can be a good way. Once it is a well established trusted brand, there would be many takers for franchise.

Thank you so much my friend. I will put up a branch in another mall. I need only two staff for every branch to do the mixing and the cashiering. There is no problem of depositing the money to the bank, it's the bank personnel with their armored van to pick up the money all businesses in the mall depositing under the same bank.

My business does not need another personnel to supervise only me the owner and the rent of the mall, the tax, the salary of the staff, and the maintenance of cleanliness. there is always an inspection by the health department.
