Investment is risky, however, this does not mean you shouldn’t invest. Well, you will have to invest as investment is the only way to make yourself financially secured. You will have to minimize your investment risk by diversifying your investment in various assets. For example, you shouldn’t put your entire money in stock market, you will have to diversify by investing in real estate, Mutual Funds etc. Even when investing in stocks, you will have to spread on various stocks.

One way I use in minimizing my investment risk is by simply putting in the amount i am okay with loosing if things do not go as planned.

For me it is to invest only money tbst I can afford to lose. No need to invest too much into it

Agree. Having a diversified portfolio helps to reduce investment risks. Never put all eggs in one basket.
