Financial anxiety refers to financial conditions that can cause psychological pressure such as fear, worry, stress, anxiety, etc. Financial anxiety can happen to anyone even if they have adequate income, have savings, investments and even have no debt. Financial anxiety is often characterized by a pounding heart, shortness of breath, body tremors, difficulty sleeping, feelings of pressure and often avoiding talking about finances. If financial anxiety is left untreated and continues in the long term, it will be very dangerous for a person's mental health. So in your opinion, how do you overcome financial anxiety?
 
Financial anxiety is real. I once experienced it. It can sap all energy and put one's life in danger. Let's be mindful of our health by living within our limits! Though, the economy is in terrible state but we don't need to kill ourselves because of money or lack of it.
 
To overcome a financial anxiety, you have to be realistic that it's your fault for reaching that point. You supposed to protect your finances, but extravagance leads you to forget instead of saving. When a certain circumstance happens like losing a job, that's crucial. You will only realise how wrong you were in the past. It's always the past occurrence that's reflected at the present moment when money is no more. Your only chance is speak to your parents and find work.
