Financial anxiety refers to financial conditions that can cause psychological pressure such as fear, worry, stress, anxiety, etc. Financial anxiety can happen to anyone even if they have adequate income, have savings, investments and even have no debt. Financial anxiety is often characterized by a pounding heart, shortness of breath, body tremors, difficulty sleeping, feelings of pressure and often avoiding talking about finances.
