If your business is doing well and you aren't taking breaks, it's important to take one to avoid burnout. Burnout causes you to be less productive, which can harm your success. Make sure to exercise self-care and set aside time for yourself. Go outside and spend time with nature. Furthermore, learn how to delegate jobs to your team because you can't do it all on your own, and network with other good individuals who will never tire of supporting you. Meditation can also help alleviate stress. Self-care is not only beneficial to your health, but it may also help your business succeed.

For me, I set aside weekends, specifically Sundays to have my own time with myself and my family. I sleep well that day and have my time to unwind. Entrepreneurship requires one to be in top shape.

Meditation and morning walkouts helps to keep me mental and physical fit. Sometimes, early morning coffe helps my mind to clear and refreshed.

Look for days that they are less business deals in your business, shut everything down and rest. For me, it is always Sundays that I rest. It does me It's really good to keep me refreshed for the week.

If I start feeling burnout as an entrepreneur it means I am not an entrepreneur in a true sense. Feeling of burn out occurs only when you do something that you do not like
