How to reduce Owings in your business

When you don't want high Owings in your business you can do the following

Have a specific percentage of credit sales allowed for a customer and don't exceeds that.

Try to get the previous Owings from.thr debtors before giving new credits

I won't even agree to sell anything on credit, I believe this is the best solution. Cause I have seen people who are just so heartless. Even when they have the money to pay back, they simply won't.

The easiest would be to get the previous owings from.the debtors before giving new credits. Credits would be reduced naturally

Stop selling on credits and be definite about it. Don't allow a customer to guilt trip you into selling on credits. Be firm.

Sometimes not selling on credit isn't easy it is better to go for customers that are trust worthy and you know they keep to their promise
