Sometimes, small mistakes can lead to a business/brand's reputation being damaged, and these mistakes are easily spread through the internet and social media. For example, customer service that frequently fails to respond to customer complaints often negatively impacts a business's reputation. Delivery services that are late in delivering products or frequently resulting in damaged products can greatly disappoint customers and tarnish a reputation.
