I have been using the pawns app, and I won some tickets. However when I tried to use the tickets in the weekly draw I found that they were deducting points from the balance so I did not use the tickets. The next day, after the weekly draw I found that the 5-6 tickets I had disappeared. Does anyone know how to use the tickets for the weekly draw instead of the points and how to ensure that the tickets are not wasted?
